2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, EFT, Paystack & PayFast.

Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on product availability and location.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

Any delivery fees will be communicated at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at the customers expense unless defective.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after inspection.

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

Warranty does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
